About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Genesis Healthcare LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with licensed nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
