Job Summary:

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a skilled Exterior Finisher to join our team at our new paint facility in Benton Harbor. As an Exterior Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing composite aircraft parts with high quality and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepares composite aircraft parts with high quality and strong attention to detail
  • Learns the skills of finishing the exterior surfaces per our production process
  • Trained in various finishing techniques
  • Sands preparation and finishing of various aircraft surfaces
  • Applies light primer, buffs, and details
  • Adds vinyl striping, lays, and smooths sealants
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One to twelve months' related experience and/or training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Wear a respirator and protective equipment as required
  • Dependable, with a passion for learning and attention to detail
  • Familiarization with body/paint/finishing hand tools and a mechanical experienced background
