Position Summary:

Unit Overview:
D4 is a 30-bed intermediate care/stepdown unit specializing in the care of cardiac patients requiring procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, post STEMI/angioplasty, NSTEMI, post pacemaker insertion, CHF management, Atrial Fibrillation, and other cardiac arrhythmias, as well as patients experiencing hyper/hypotension who do not meet ICU admission criteria.

Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, Evening/Night Shift, Every Third Weekend
Qualifications:
• Required critical care experience
• Ability to independently read and interpret Tele strips
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems; Cerner experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required; PCCN or CVRN certifications preferred
