  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Always maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after completion of each job.
  • Optimize Profitability: Effectively manage time and inventory to optimize profitability and ensure the company's success.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge: Continuously learn and implement the latest HVAC service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: We are looking for experienced professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician: Must be a licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and procedures.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
