Compassionate ICU Support

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Independence Advocates of Maine As an Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
Our experienced team provides a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will work closely with our team to create a warm and home-like environment for our residents.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive hourly wage of $27-$36.57 per hour
- Generous benefits package, including 403B Retirement with a 3% match after one year and tuition reimbursement
- 100% employer-paid health, dental, disability, and life insurance (full-time)
Schedule Options:
1p-10p: 4 (9 hour) shifts, every other weekend rotation
7a-7p: 3 (12 hour) shifts, every other weekend rotation
6a-3p: 4(9 hour) shifts, every other weekend rotation
Requirements:
- Current State Nursing License, RN or LPN
- 1 year of experience
- Able to pass agency background, driver's license, and proof of vaccination requirements
- Strong desire to assist those with disabilities to achieve their dreams
- Ability to be a positive, productive team member who is flexible and likes to have fun
