Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter to source and attract top talent for our open positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various search methods and build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Meet with hiring managers to discuss job requirements and obtain specific details for each open position
  • Schedule qualified candidates with the appropriate business units
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing initial phone screenings
  • Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, descriptions, and position requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruiting programs such as LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
