HCM Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM/Legal Systems Analyst to join our team at Wakefern Food Corp. As a member of our HR/Legal Systems team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions to support our Human Capital Management and Legal systems and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the project development lifecycle for HCM and Legal related systems, including business requirements analysis and documentation, RFI and RFP document creation, vendor evaluation and selection, system design, configuration, and integration, system testing and validation, system documentation, user guide, best practices, and support documentation creation, system implementation, end user and support team training, and provide ongoing system support.
• Assist the HR/Legal Systems Project Manager with administrative tasks as needed, including project planning and management activities, identifying opportunities for additional support documentation and training for end user and support teams, working with business teams and system end users to identify areas for system improvement and enhancement, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices with regards to HCM and Legal systems.

Requirements

• College degree, equivalent IT certification, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience implementing and supporting modern cloud-based HCM (such as Dayforce, Workday, UKG, etc.) and Legal (such as Sirion, iManage, Serengeti, etc.) SaaS solutions required.
• Experience with legacy HCM solutions such as Kronos Workforce Central and Oracle PeopleSoft preferred, but not required.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Ability to sit and work in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility with work schedule and occasional travel as needed to support business needs.
