Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intake Coordinator to join our team at Adventure Club Insurance LLC. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless communication with customers, providing exceptional service, and representing our company's values.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide timely updates.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in data entry and computer systems is also essential. • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers
