Job Overview

OBJECTIVE Work collaboratively with families, learners, and educational staff to enhance student achievement while adhering to educational standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Participate in meetings with parents and students in accordance with school protocols.
  • Utilize various instructional strategies tailored to student needs (including Direct Synchronous Instruction, Learning Support, etc.).
  • Gather and analyze student performance data and work samples.
  • Assist students with Exceptional Student Education (ESE) requirements in general education settings.
  • Lead professional development for educators on inclusive practices.

Progress Monitoring and Compliance

  • Monitor student advancement and ensure compliance with educational staff.
  • Administer standardized assessments.
  • Compile and distribute student progress reports on a quarterly basis.

Special Education Duties

  • Oversee Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Facilitate IEP meetings and utilize data to inform decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to all special education documentation and regulations.

Collaboration

  • Engage with educators and administrative personnel.
  • Attend team meetings and respond to communications in a timely manner.
