Breast Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a **Breast Imaging Specialist** to become a vital part of our healthcare team.
**Compensation:** Starting at **$40.55 per hour**, commensurate with experience.
**Experience Incentive:** Earn an additional **3% for each year of experience**, up to a maximum of **30%**.
**Shift Differentials:** Additional **$4 for night shifts** and **$1.50 for weekend shifts**.
**Work Schedule:** Options include **4:10 shifts from 7 AM to 5:30 PM** or **3:12 shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM**.
**Qualifications Required:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform mammography procedures by accurately positioning patients, adjusting compression settings, and ensuring proper imaging techniques.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure for both patients and staff.
- Maintain high standards of mammogram quality by following established protocols, evaluating results, and making necessary adjustments.
- Ensure the functionality of mammography equipment through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs as needed.
