LVN Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Snyder Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
  • Supervise the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff in the delivery of direct resident care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
  • Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.
