The ACGME is seeking a proficient Program Evaluation Analyst with a robust understanding of performance measurement systems and clinical outcomes data. This role is pivotal in the development, execution, and enhancement of the Clinical Outcomes Program. The analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing clinical outcomes data to guide performance improvement initiatives across accredited Sponsoring Institutions and their clinical learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all stages of program design and execution related to performance measurement and clinical outcomes data.
- Facilitate the creation and tracking of essential performance metrics to evaluate clinical learning environments in alignment with the Quintuple Aim.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on performance measurement frameworks and clinical outcomes data, compiling findings into accessible resources.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that programmatic objectives are successfully achieved.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including the ability to perform intricate analyses using advanced statistical techniques and to communicate findings effectively to varied audiences.
