Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate, plan, execute, and finalize projects in accordance with bank procedures to achieve timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Develop project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Hold periodic project stand-ups and project status meetings to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years technology project management experience.
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • 5 years banking or financial industry experience a plus.
  • PMP certification preferred.
