Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
- Provide technical advice and supervision to support personnel, including physical therapist assistants and students.
- Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Texas.
- One or more years of experience in a Physical Therapy setting, preferred.
