StaffMed Health Partners is collaborating with a prominent Anesthesia group to facilitate the recruitment of skilled CRNAs. This role offers the chance to work autonomously while being part of a cohesive Anesthesiology team.

Practice Highlights:
  • Engage in an independent, full-scope practice.
  • Work alongside a team of 7 Anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs.
  • Experience a diverse range of cases, excluding trauma, open-heart surgeries, thoracic procedures, and obstetrics.
  • CRNAs are responsible for all pre-operative assessments, anesthetic administration, PACU management, nerve blocks, and line placements.
  • Mentorship available from physicians for advanced procedures.
  • Enjoy a favorable work-life balance with a manageable call schedule:
    • Approximately 3 weekday calls monthly.
    • One weekend every 6 weeks, totaling around 8 to 9 weekends annually.
    • Only 1 holiday commitment per year.
  • CRNAs are not required to respond to codes or airway emergencies in critical care settings.
