Job Title: Physician Substitute Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Substitute Lead to join our team at Continental Services Group. As a key member of our Donor Services team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our operations in Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the leadership of the DS team and provide guidance on company policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of employees.
  • Maintain and update the key tasks and issues of the Quality Management System (QMS) assigned to you.
  • Promote positive customer relations with all donors.
  • Perform health assessments for Source Plasma Donors.
  • Qualify plasma donor eligibility in accordance with FDA requirements.
  • Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in SOPs.
  • Handle medical emergencies at the Center or elevate situations to Center Physician or local medical service providers as required.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient work environment, and ensure sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed.
  • Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures.
  • May conduct routine audits of these internal procedures and documentation.
  • May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.
  • Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for donors.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Must have EMT, LPN, or RN license.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Required to wear PPE while performing specific tasks or in certain areas.
  • Required to work overtime and extended hours to support operational needs.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Caring and compassionate.
  • Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary within the field. Final determination will depend on experience level and qualifications.
