Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations, including supervising employees, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of employees, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary products to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including managing cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, and that our restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry-level retail management experience required.
  • Skills: Effective communication skills, basic math, reading, and computer skills required. Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions, ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
