Job Summary:
The Event Catering Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the schedules of catering staff to guarantee that all events are executed, served, and cleared efficiently. This role involves preparing and serving food at designated events under the guidance of the Catering Director. The supervisor may also be required to transport food and beverages to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess workload requirements based on catering orders.
2. Collaborate with event leaders to finalize setup arrangements and address any last-minute changes.
3. Engage with clients to resolve complaints in a customer-focused manner.
4. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings.
5. Guide staff on expectations for catered events.
6. Assist in setting up venues according to specifications.
7. Assemble and deliver food and supplies to specified locations.
8. Serve food and beverages to guests.
9. Ensure the return of food, beverages, and serving equipment to the catering facility.
10. Maintain proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures in compliance with HACCP standards.
11. Uphold sanitation and organization of all equipment and supplies.
12. Ensure food preparation aligns with approved recipes and production standards.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A valid driver's license may be necessary. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit as required by state law.
