Role Summary:
As a Final Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process of electrical transformers, ensuring that all parts are accurately installed and adhere to quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and secure components such as leads, bushings, and brackets to transformer housings.
  • Insert core/coil assemblies into housings and ensure they are properly secured.
  • Utilize vacuum systems and hoists effectively.
  • Perform manual assembly tasks and operate small power tools.
  • Conduct rework on parts that do not meet specifications as necessary.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain an organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret and understand written instructions.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in manufacturing and assembly roles.
  • Completion of High School Diploma or GED.
