  • Accurately read and interpret tape measures to ensure precise measurements.

  • Climb ladders as needed to access high areas.

Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Attended a trade school and completed a program in welding or construction.
  • 1+ year of on-the-job experience in a related field or industry (metal fabrication, construction, welding, etc.).
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Stand and/or walk most shifts, with the ability to bend, squat, lift (up to 50 pounds), push, pull, reach, and perform other physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Demonstrated exemplary attendance and work habits.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Pass background check and drug test.
