Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full profit and loss responsibility for the region; meet or exceed sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Manage expenses within budget; ensure adherence to margin targets.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic business development activities, including identifying and nurturing relationships with key industry partners, referral sources, and client segments.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams; provide coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations across all branches/locations; maintain company assets; deliver exceptional customer service and project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Restoration industry experience and 3+ years of progressive management experience.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
