UnityPoint at Home is excited to present a comprehensive RN Nurse Residency Program tailored for Hospice in the Quad Cities/Muscatine area.
We are seeking passionate RN graduates to participate in our upcoming cohorts. This program is designed to facilitate a smooth transition from academic learning to practical application in the field.

Program Participation Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Graduation from a State Board approved Registered Nursing program.
- Current CPR certification as a Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Valid driver's license with appropriate automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a degree in a health-related field.
