Plumbing Field Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to join our team at Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of field technicians, ensuring they deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of field technicians to ensure they meet service quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to interview, hire, coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage field technicians.
  • Create and execute new hire orientation for all field technicians.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing field technicians.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs with field technicians to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching on customer service, technical skills, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain and review all call-backs on maintenance and service calls.
  • Regularly update the Service Manager on training, customer service, personnel matters, and related issues.

  • Excellent ability to explain technical information to clients.
  • Computer knowledge and ability to apply necessary software tools.
