About the Role:
At Red Lobster, we're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwashing Specialist. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
As a Dishwashing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
• Safely operating the dishwasher and other equipment
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
• Supporting the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed

Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
