Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting: screen and interview potential employees
  • Manage Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Assist with enrolling employees with Compensation & Benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans
  • Utilize an HRIS system to track employee records, including performance evaluations and training
  • Establish and develop organizational culture, including diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Review employee engagement and satisfaction, including regular surveys and feedback
  • Handle labor relations, including working with laws and unions, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related degree
  • Two years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with a major payroll software is preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
