Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tire Changer to join our Transportation Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all tires on system buses and vehicles, ensuring safe operating conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair tires to ensure safe operating conditions
• Inspect and maintain tire-changing tools and equipment
• Perform heavy manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy tires and equipment
• Relate to and communicate effectively with co-workers
• Understand and adhere to safety rules

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Knowledge and safe use of power tools and equipment
• Physical ability to perform heavy manual labor
• Ability to relate to and communicate effectively with co-workers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive and/or tire repair experience
