About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Vascular Surgeon to join our team at Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work in a collaborative environment.

  • You will be working as a 1099 Independent Contractor under Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal.
  • The role involves performing a mix of Vascular and General Surgery.
  • Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM with flexibility in scheduling clinic and OR days.
  • Call Schedule: 1 in 3 (Negotiable) Group and ER calls.
  • You must be able to perform advanced robotic (DaVinci) and laparoscopic surgery.
  • The compensation package includes an income guarantee of $350K in the first year + Productivity Bonus based on collections.
  • Productivity-based compensation in Year 2 onwards (up to 70% of collections after expenses).
  • You will have autonomy to build your own volume in a well-established practice.
