Job Description:Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with flexibility and adaptability.
- Follow standard precautions at all times to ensure patient safety.
- Participate in quality control procedures and instrument checks to maintain high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Completion of annual educational requirements.
- Knowledge of hospital policy, CMS, state, and other regulatory requirements.
