Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual with a collaborative spirit to fill the role of Merchandising Associate. This position is ideal for those who possess a unique blend of creativity and organization, essential for maintaining an aesthetically pleasing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance company sales growth and profitability by effectively managing the stockroom and sales floor.
  • Assist in executing display changes under the guidance of the Visual Assistant Store Leader.
  • Support the implementation of seasonal and weekly floor plans.
  • Maintain and replenish the sales floor, ensuring all displays and shelving are well-stocked and organized.
  • Participate in creating captivating window displays.
  • Handle receiving and processing of merchandise shipments.
  • Assist with customer pick-up orders in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to inventory control functions to support financial accuracy.
  • Ensure proper lighting and product awareness throughout the store.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Engage in weekly merchandising meetings and training sessions to enhance team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in stock, distribution, or retail environments is preferred.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to lift and move up to 65 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.

Availability:

  • Full-Time: Must have open availability for flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Part-Time: Must be available to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or evening.
