The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst collaborates closely with Masco's FP&A team, the VP of Finance, and the broader Executive Leadership Team to deliver analytical support and oversight in achieving financial goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate financial reporting throughout the organization.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of reporting and analytical tools.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tasks. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-over-year variance analysis.
  • Compile and interpret financial reports to identify trends, highlight potential deviations from plans, quantify financial impacts, and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams in sales, marketing, engineering, and other departments.
  • Document existing and new financial data and analytics processes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc proforma analyses.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
