Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Unit Manager at our Far Rockaway Center. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, and providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and supportive work environment
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance their clinical and leadership skills
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents and implement improvements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
- Current RN licensure in the state of New York
- Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
