Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our LPH Medical Unit team at UCHealth. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, leading a multidisciplinary team, and driving quality and safety metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
  • Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, driving quality and safety metrics.
  • Lead large teams and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a baccalaureate school of nursing.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
