Duration: Contract Role

Shift Time: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts and managing these accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer accounts and manage these accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Order entry, design, pricing, cost analysis, problem resolution, and assistance in production scheduling at our manufacturing facilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn manufacturing machine capabilities
  • Experience developing pricing, pricing strategies, and cost analysis
  • Strong comfort level dealing with accounting and numbers, including decimals and fractions
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required
  • College degree preferred, concentration in business or accounting
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office software, AS400 knowledge helpful
  • Extrovert, driven, highly organized, and professional sounding tone
