We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our medical team in Coffeyville, Kansas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to patients, including health examinations and treatment of medical conditions
- Manage acute and chronic illness, routine care, and coordinate care plans with behavioral health providers when necessary
- Prescribe medications for patients and provide clinical consultation to other providers as needed
- Oversee mid-level providers and medical students, as assigned
- Ensure accurate, timely, and clear medical record documentation
- Provide clear written and oral communication to patients, guardians, and employees
- Participate in an on-call system for after-hours care and inpatient population, as assigned
- Full licensure to practice medicine in the State of Kansas
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- A strong community/public health orientation, preferred
