Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to Pediatric and Adult patients in their own homes in Watha/Willard, NC.
Job Summary:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Initiate and revise patient care plans as needed, in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient response.
- Conduct health education and promote patient independence.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state of North Carolina.
- Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
