Garbage Hauler

We are looking for a skilled Garbage Hauler to join our team at SoTech Refuse. As a Garbage Hauler, you will be responsible for collecting and transporting garbage in a safe and efficient manner.

About the Job:

• Perform duties such as performing vehicle inspection and maintenance, identifying potential hazardous materials per safety rules and regulations.
• Safely operate a collection truck, providing prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services for customers.
• Responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in compliance with the Company's safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, adhering to all Company, state, and federal regulations while operating the vehicle.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.
• Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement required.

Physical Requirements:

• Required to use motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity.
• Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more than 20 pounds frequently.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
