Job Title: Radiology Technologist

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Carbondale, Illinois.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other radiology professionals, to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, as well as stand for long periods of time
