Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every Guest with a smile and a friendly demeanor
• Manage the wait list and communicate with Guests in a timely manner
• Address Guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate team member
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless service
