This role supports patients in Lapeer, St. Clair, Sanilac, Tuscola, Huron, and surrounding areas. The schedule is 7 on, 7 off, with a 5p-8a shift from Monday to Thursday and a 5p-Mon 8a shift on Fridays.

We're looking for compassionate nurses with:
- RN license in the state you work
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
- Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
- Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting
- Self-management skills and experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
