Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cook II PD to join our team at High Pointe House in Haverhill, MA. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold food items for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and production sheets
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Review menus and prepare food items in advance to optimize efficiency
• Plan and prepare for menu substitutions as needed in consultation with department leadership
• Clean and maintain the kitchen, supply rooms, freezers, and food preparation equipment

Requirements

• One year of related experience in a food services environment or restaurant
• ServSafe certification within 6 months of employment
