Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Estimator to lead our estimating team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing estimating strategies that ensure our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of accurate and competitive bids for large-scale heavy civil projects.
  • Mentor and manage a team of estimators to ensure high-quality estimates and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery and ensure compliance with bid documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive estimating excellence.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
