We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Classroom Coverage Specialist. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of our students' education by providing classroom coverage for teachers in the event of their absence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide classroom coverage for teachers in the event of their absence, following established lesson plans and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth among students.
- Supervise and support students during instructional activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities and maintain open lines of communication.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills and stay current with best practices in education.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
