About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN - Mother Baby Obstetrics to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. As a member of our obstetrics team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to obstetric patients, including prenatal, labor, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Within 90 days of hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
