Speech Therapist for Post-Acute Rehab Solutions

We are seeking a motivated and talented Speech Therapist to join our team at Post-Acute Rehab Solutions Therapy in Haslet, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct speech therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician and in accordance with their individualized Plan of Care.
- Develop engaging exercises and activities to use during speech sessions with patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Counsel and consult with new patients and their family members to ensure they understand their treatment options and progress.
- Set clear objectives for patients to work towards and identify areas of progress and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and equipment usage.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology and licensure in the State of Texas.
- Proficiency in computer software commonly used for documentation and report preparation.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and adherence to HIPAA legislation and other patient privacy laws.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
