As a skilled handyman with House Doctors of Strongsville, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in home repairs and remodeling projects.
Key Responsibilities- Perform small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain a well-stocked inventory of necessary equipment.
- 5 years of experience in skilled trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and door installation.
- Basic tool selection and ability to safely perform jobs while complying with OSHA safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 3 years and ability to pass a background and drug check.
