Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing project delivery and ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Maintaining project governance models and risk management strategies.
  • Leading Agile scrum teams and promoting cross-agency collaboration.
  • Initiating and creating presentations to manage stakeholder expectations and secure funding.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business/Public Administration, Design, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Digital Product Manager.
  • A leadership role on at least 2 successful projects that delivered measurable value on time and on budget.
  • Experience in service/UX design and/or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of database fundamentals.
  • Ability to lead Agile scrum teams.
