Grooming Salon Leader

This position is responsible for leading the operations of the grooming salon, achieving targeted goals and driving results to grow the business.

• Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
• Train and coach staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality grooming services.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive salon growth, including customer outreach and retention initiatives.
• Lead and manage the salon team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the grooming industry, with a focus on leadership and operations management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of canine characteristics and grooming styles, as well as safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and merchandise, as well as work in a standing position for extended periods.

This position requires working in a fast-paced salon environment, with exposure to wet conditions, sharp grooming instruments, and pets of all sizes and breeds.

Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
