Nurse Practitioner, Med-Tele Unit, Full Time, Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med-Tele Unit at Sierra Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve seamless transitions.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification (or obtained within six months of employment).
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
