Position Overview

Are you passionate about shaping young minds? At The Learning Experience #144, we are looking for dedicated Preschool Teachers who are committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and support co-educators in your classroom, exemplifying best practices and providing constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the management of the classroom, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Act as a positive role model, promoting a growth mindset that inspires a lifelong love of learning in children.
  • Implement our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
  • Create a secure and nurturing space where children can explore and learn through play.
  • Maintain open communication with families, sharing updates on their children's experiences and milestones through various channels.
  • Contribute to the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, fostering a vibrant environment where play and education coexist harmoniously.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred: 1 year of professional teaching experience; a minimum of six months is required.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field; a high school diploma/GED is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) is essential.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Must comply with state-specific requirements for the role.
