Key Responsibilities:

Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and contraindications
Performs pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management
Maintains accurate records and ensures compliance with regulations and company policies
Provides exceptional customer service and resolves customer issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited educational institution
Pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy in the states within the district
Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws
Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
